Since 1999 NexPet membership has aided the success of full-line stores that carry livestock, aquatics, bird or reptile specialty stores, and dog and cat specialty stores with between three and fifteen stores under the same ownership. NexPet members collect rebates on “dry goods” they buy from their regular distributors, i.e. supplies on cages, filters, tanks, crates, treats, chemicals, for many types of animals mentioned above as well as on NexPet’s private label dog food.
Members also receive a comprehensive employee product and sales training program covering all pet categories including Dog, Cat, Aquatics, Bird, Small Animal and Reptile, over a hundred marketing programs involving all types of pets, and customizable care sheets and management tools. NexPet members participate in our email group and other discussion forums with owners of similar businesses, and pay a higher membership fee than do NexPet 2 members.
